1. Shipping Destination

We ship exclusively to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders outside of Saudi Arabia will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Timeframe

All orders are estimated to arrive within 8 to 15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, courier, and customs procedures.

3. Customs & Import Duties

Y2KSA is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be imposed by Saudi customs authorities. Any additional charges requested by customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to cover any such fees if required.

4. Shipping Delays

As Y2KSA operates as an intermediary between customers and suppliers, we are not responsible for any shipping delays. Delays may occur due to:

• Customs clearance procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Courier or logistics issues beyond our control.
• High demand periods or unforeseen circumstances.

We will do our best to keep you informed of your order status, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. Y2KSA is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is held, seized, or lost by customs or courier services, Y2KSA is not liable for the loss. We recommend ensuring that the items you order are permitted for import into Saudi Arabia.
